:-( Liahkovich is beyond shot, from Belarus originally (Not Russia) and resides in Arizona. Calling him a "Russian Top HW" is a pretty big stretch by any standards.

This would be yet another fight that proves absolutely nothing for Wilder, Siarhei cannot test him in any way whatsoever.

You're just keepin' it real bro. So, please, tell me again about how much Bryant Jennings dominated Kovalev last week.

Sergey at this stage is a step down from Audley. He's a shot fighter.

Harrison isn't a bad gatekeeper. He loses (sometimes quickly) to good fighters, but he usually beats journeymen - he was coming off his Prizefighter success when he fought Wilder.

But Lyakhovich has taken too many sustained beatings, between long periods of inactivity. Sergey is a worse opponent for Wilder right now, coming of the two bad TKO losses.

Sergey's had just 6 fights in the past 7 years. He's lost 4 of the 6. He's been stopped in 3, including both of his past 2. I hate the thought of Lyakhovich taking another beating, but that's what's going to happen.

Wilder should be taking on better challenges. He's choosing opponents for the sole purpose of keeping his KO streak going.

Wrong. His handlers are choosing pathetic "opponents," because they know he has glass in that mandible, and they want to keep the hype train going long enough to cash out on a big money fight in which Wilder's fragile whiskers will inevitably be exposed.:yep

Come on, is liakhovich really worse than Joseph Chingangu who was 18-4 and had lost two of his last six when Wlad fought him in his 29th fight? Why the double standards here? Wilder has much less experience than Wlad had at that point and he's already taking on a better fighter. Why was it ok for Wlad to take soft confidence builders on his way up but not Wilder? Guaranteed TS won't answer this because it will reveal his bias and wishy washy double standards.

Why bother compare him to Wlad? Wlad was about 20 then while Wilders nearly 30. I don't mean that to have a dig at Wilder by the way. It's an alright fight the way I see it. Assuming he wins this he'll probably then go after the winner of Chisora/Scott so it wouldn't be a bad year.

This. And also, many of the fighters Wlad faced before that one are better than anyone Wilder has ever faced, Harrison included.

Even a shot Liakhovich might be too big of a step up for Wilder  :rofl

Wilder is almost 5 years into his career and has YET to step in with a live body. Now if he wasn't being presented as the next big thing in the hw division then I wouldn't mind, but he's just another con thats being played on boxing fans for a quick buck as you Wilder apologists shall eventually find out :)

But Wilder doesn't know the difference between Russia and Belarus.
