Don't know his exact record, but he was a bronze Olympic medalist (hence the name bronze bomber) but was clearly beaten by the man who won the Silver.

Wilder doesn't look like he was trying. Looked like a fun round between friends.

i like Wilder.. considering his size hes quite fluent and athletic and can box and move. he packs a punch as well and has a questionable chin. hes definitely in for one or another exciting fight.. he fought at heavyweight in the amateurs at 201lbs

Ummm, if I could interject, please kill yourself...PERIOD! They obviously weren't "fighting" and "confidence" clearly wasn't an issue. In terms of your "boxing career" pics or STFU.

He's big, athletic, and is willing to learn. He's a work in progress and while I do think he could develop into a legit top level fighter, he's not there yet. He's continue to improve and he'll have his chance down the road.

Wilder's hiding some glass in that mandible - that's why he fights only tomato cans. :yep

He was only something like 29-4 in the amateurs. He had only been boxing for about a year and a half when he went to the Olympics.

In terms of boxing, he's a work in progress. Nobody has ever said he's more than that, as far as I know. He's tall and strong and stays in shape and is quick for his size, and that's enough for people to talk about him. Frankly, I'm a lot more concerned about his shaky chin. He could become a great boxer but still end up getting knocked out every time he steps up unless he learns how to protect it.

Yep. Already been put on his ass by a complete Bum. He is being coddled and as soon as he steps up the gravy train is over. Most likely they will build him up to 35-0 or so and cash him out.
