There are about 25-30 people in my local old people's home who could've dropped Dupahaus on his ass if they put half the effort into trying to get him out of there as Wilder did last night, and none of them are staff members. I don't think I've ever seen a fighter put that amount of effort into trying to get their opponent out of there as Wilder did yesterday.

he has better than average power, he just cant afford to put his weight behind everything anymore, because the risk increases as the level of competition does. i think he still has the power to ko anyone, theres also a lot of fighters ahead who could probably ko him too.

He hit that guy with everything for numerous rounds and he never went down, it took him a while to get rid of Molina too

Do you think these guys just over performed or do you think his power is overrated to a degree?

A lot of the clinches that Wlad engages him aren't even of his making. His opponents initiate them plenty of times too (Povetkin comes to mind). And the main reason clinching has been so heavily implemented into his game is because of his shaky chin. If Wlad had a normal chin, he would have been putting people down a lot sooner due to the fact that he wouldn't fight so apprehensively.

We were talking about his punching power. Not his state of mind in the ring, although he was a lot more offensive minded earlier in his career.

Yet for over a decade straight every single person who has shared a ring with him has left as the loser. Seems odd given your take. "AND STILL......."
