Wilder's 31 is only worth as much as his competition - garbage. Copy pasting numbers without context leads to lies and misconception.

it's not better competition though brah....

this is the weakest era in the history of heavyweights..... so by default..... the competition regardless of 'record' is weaker....

a bum can compile a decent record facing other bums.... a good fighter could lose against a good fighter who's record suggests he's far worse than he is because he's been fighting good fighters his whole career, get it?

Foreman era was weak on the journeyman level too, an era is always defined by the hype...like Welterweight today lots of big flashy hasbeens...in reality only Thurman and Porter are the real Welterweight big names...putting this era to whatever they amount to, if SRL or Tito was around backed by the media...those hasbeens would have all been on their records...

Weakest era in the history of heavyweights? I saw Mike Tyson interviewed on KTLA local news station in Los Angeles and he said today's heavyweights may not look as good but are bigger and stronger than ever. He said "I know people don't want to hear this but it's true". Said he didn't know if he could beat the Klitschko Brothers. His words not mine. You can see it on YT. If you have a problem with that opinion, take it up with Iron Mike :good

I agree Wilder's record is "paved" shall we say...
