Wlad is done. He doesn't need to prove anything to me anymore. And we're here to talk about any and everything here, not just what you feel we should talk about. If Wlad doesn't take the fight keep the exemption alive and insert* Wilder.

AJ should fight 5 voluntary defences before he rematches Wlad and then takes on Pulev.

Great to hear Wilder will be fighting soon.

A month ago he had a big announcement, maybe this is it, its just taking awhile. Im expecting this to be a big name opponent and I don't think its Stirverne only because of the suspense thats been built up regarding Wilders next fight. I mean, why say Stirverne earlier in the year, build suspense and anticipation in the middle of the year by saying that he's got a big announcement to make, and then say 'Guess what? Im fighting Stirverne', so thats why I think its not a mandatory challenge but something bigger. A step up.

IF he did fight him you would have to say he has finally stepped up a bit... Would be near his best opponent..

Wilder won't be fighting Joshua, Parker, Klitschko, Ortiz, Povetkin, but he can find a wino in an alley, perhaps Stiverne?

    Okay Blizzy I'll bite again.
If Joshuas road forward by doing 2 huge fights with an ATG and future HOF'er then facing his mando is pathetic then has Wilder changed lanes?
What about Wilders road so far or going forward isnt pathetic in comparison?

Who has Deontay fought so far that would indicate he is too dangerous for Joshua? If Deontay is too dangerous for Joshua then even considering 1 or 2 bouts with Wlad is too dangerous?

I don't want Joshua to fight Bong because he doesn't deserve the payday, it's as simple as that....The windmilling clown turns down a career high payday against Whyte which would increase his exposure massively and put millions more on any potential earnings of a unification fight....what da fuk!!!! My ideal scenario would be Hughie Beats Parker as Bong likely thinks a 22 yr old is an easy touch, and Tyson manages to regain his old form (doubtful but, here's hoping) and rips the belt from Beoncey to set up the biggest heavyweight unification fight in boxing history with Joshua, at which point, Bong is finally no longer relevant.....here's hoping.

It's trash. He tko'd a 41 year old great and pulev is a ****en bum. What part don't you understand? Stop making excuses for Joshua. The jig is up. Fight Wilder.

    Pulev is a mando.
But again, what about Wilders road so far or going forward isn't pathetic compared with Wilders?
Who did Wilder fight in his 19th fight? Was it a (faded, admittedly) ATG?
For someone who has fought 19 times he has a better resume than Wilder already.

When we find out who Wilder is fighting after Stiverne is when I will criticize him if it's a bad opponent. Joshua has the world at his feet. He can get Parker and Wilder at home possibly of Wilder in America. And it isn't about who you fought in your 19h pro fight. Both took different roads to get where they're at-undefeated titlist. And you say his resume is better, but he only has 41 year old Wlad on his resume.

Im not slating Wilder for not defeating someone of Wlads level in 19 fights, its very rare that someone will even get that opportunity never mind winning it. Im making the point that AJ has a huge name already and Wilder doesnt.
Aside from that hi resume is normal for a 19 fight pro, littered with easy matchups designed to make him look good and then throw in Dillian Whyte makes it a touch better.
Im guessing Wilders resume after 19 fights (minus Wlad) was very similar, a bunch of tin cans lined up to make Wilder look good. Thats fine, thats whap happens in pro boxing for the majority of prospects.

What im saying is Joshuas resume has 17 bums, Dillian Whyte and then Wlad. For 19 fights thats not trash.
Wilder has nearly 40 fights, nearly 40 bums and Stiverne. for nearly 40 fights that is trash.

If you can point out the positives of Wilders resume i would be happy to hear it, cos apart from slating Joshuas 18 opponents other than Wlad you have no argument so far to back up Wilders resume.

Also if Joshua deals with Wlad, then his mando then turns round and says "Get me Arreola or Washington" then i will be massively disappointed as well.
I dont think we are too far apart in what we are saying in some ways.
We both want the fighters we like to be in the big fights, we also both want AJ v Wilder.
I see why Hearn and AJ want to wait until Wilder has a big profile, and you just want the fight. To be honest, i also just want the fight, it doesnt bother me if AJ gets an extra 4 mil if he waits til Wilder has a profile, its not like im earning off it so i dont care. I am just accepting that the fight wont happen until he has a bigger profile. From a fans point of view they could announce the fight will be on at 7pm tonight and i would be delighted, as im sure you would. But there is a business side of things that we just need to accept, no matter how frustrating it is.
