To be honest, Thompson... and even Arreola... are still dangerous fights for Wilder right now.

way to miss the point you idiot. I was comparing the reason people say they hate GGG, it's because of all the hype.

    Same **** you're seeing here.

    I never compared their abilities.

Dereck Chisora (of the Vitali fight) vs Wilder would be brilliantly entertaining.

The hype is completely different, people want GGG to fight the very best. When it comes to Wilder he has probably fought one top 30 ranked fighter...massive different in the hype.

Molina "it's my dream to fight for a HW world title"

Sums up his mentality, not "it's my dream to WIN a world title"

Mentality of a loser in my opinion.

    YOU MISSED THE POINT

God damn you fools need a ****ing translator?

People always say that they hate GGG because he was hyped up so much.

I never said **** about who he fought or anything.

ESB/B24 had hyped fighters as rule.. they hate just about all up-and-comers and they hate anyone who has any semblance of hype.

They just like to watch the world burn here.. it's crazy to think that at one point this was a very trusted boxing website.

Apparently half of the member list speaks English as like their 4th language.

I think the other half is angry Brits who just hate everything American.. it's not like the don't have a good reason:

Our women are hotter, our beer is better, our food is better, our women have straight teeth, we have more money, we drive on the correct side of the road, we have actual Mexican food.

I am seeing that. My thoughts on the fight, Wilder seemed to be fishing for a flashy KO way too hard, which is the first time I have seen him do that. Usually he is patient and let's the KO happen, but this fight he was pressing hard to impress hometown fans which lead to some mistakes. Mistakes that can be corrected.

I think he does well against Povetkin (his nuthuggers deep in this thread) because Wilder can just jab his way to victory if need be. He wouldn't be pressing for a KO against him and that would actually make a KO more likely.

I knew what the reaction would be as soon as he got hit. No amount of perfection, respectability, class is ever going to win over boxing fans who are tribalistic in their thinking.

Some of you actually dont understand the constant criticism wilder gets? Really? really really? Should be painfully obvious why. Its cringeworthy watching some of you acting as if the criticism isnt warranted.

That being said glad this fight is over... bring on povetkin n let the best man win.

Would rather see AJ vs Wilder to be honest tho. Has an appeal.
