    Wlad gets plenty of credit for beating Povetkin. Just a pity that the fight sucked so much and that the ref didn't cut out all the hugging right away.

    Povetkin was levels above Wilder and has the fat superior record of beating better quality of opponents.

    I think it's because of the style in which Wlad did this. It was more of a wrestling match than a boxing fight.

    I'm aware this is a damaged from Fury, anxious terrified version of Wilder right now

    But still, I couldn't see anything but a brutal KO from Povetkin, had that fight happened at that time. Wilder swerved a bullet there.
