Since Wilder has time to make at least 1 more defence before his manadatory vs Povetkin, he can face another tough Russian Andrey Fedosov who (while clearly not top-5 HW) would be a step up compared to Molina. He reminds Povetkin a bit (relatively short, hits hard, tough etc) and if Deontay is going to fight Povetkin he needs to fight somebody like him. Had Wilder-Fedosov happened next, who'd you pick to win and how?
I would pick Fedosov because he is much stronger than Wilder and is better skilled..............Arreola knocked Molina out in the first round.
Wouldn't that be epic if they knocked out each other on the same time, and then again in the rematch.
:think maybe Fedosov is better than Molina, if Molina was a better finisher Wilder would have a L on his record and I think Fedosov is a good finisher. It comes down to; how is Fedosov's defense and how is Fedosov's tactical intelligence? Wilder has a good chance because Fedosov seems hittable but Fed is a live dog in the fight.
