This fight would be competitive with a 100% Andy prepared with the same desire to win that he had when he fought with Joshua the first time and fighting at the same weight of that fight. I imagine an Andy Ruiz enduring some blows to enter Wilder's guard fighting in short with quick hands accompanied by good combinations on the other hand a Wilder trying to prevent Ruiz from entering his guard but when that happens trying to hug or get out of that situation.
Wilder would have stopped the version that turned up for the AJ rematch. Ruiz in 250lb region has a very good chance, however history tells us it’s a slim chance he comes in decent shape. Wilder KO.
I think if Ruiz was properly prepared he would win handily, he has a decent chin so it might be a case of Wilder needing more than a punch. I wouldnt even rule out Ruiz winning if he came in a blimp to be honest. I like what Wilder does for the division but against a skilled fighter with a chin, he is going to have problems.
If Andy Ruiz can’t be bothered to train for the AJ rematch then he wouldn’t be bothered for Wilder either Wilder KO 8
