Given Joshua's recent hesitancy with pulling the trigger, I'm going to root for AJ for the simple reason - Wilder is going to land something big, something AJ hasn't felt since that Wlad right hand, and I think Wilder is going to land that big shot before AJ does.. so, if Wilder wins i think it means Joshua got blasted out early, if AJ wins he had to come through hell to do it, thereby giving us a better fight. Honestly prefer Wilder at this point though and I think Wilder will win

    TLDR: ignore everything above
    Wilder

AJ easy, Wilder’s title reign represented everything wrong with the wbc. I was also following him a lot when he was champ and it was pretty clear that he wanted no part of AJ for the longest time.

Joshua, who I think despite it all is a minor great.

Wilder has no legacy after a career of ducking.

    I like them both:

Wilder cos he's entertaining and ridiculous

Joshua cos he has fought all the top heavies that (for whatever reason) Wilder and Fury haven't.

But I voted Joshua, because making the fights and fighting them mean more to me than entertaining antics.

This is a very interesting matchup.

They were both considered the two best at one time

now they both been absolutely without a doubt, proven to be a level below the best. Josh was beaten twice, and Wilder is beaten twice,, but really three times

so it’s great to see these two B level heavyweights finally face each other determine who is the best 2nd tier level heavyweight.

The winner would be a good opponent for the winner of Usyk fury (if that fight ever happens)

I have no idea who i will cheer for. I'm cheering hard that the fight comes off more than anything.

It's interesting, if Joshua wins maybe we'd get him vs Fury where as a Wilder victory should see us with Wilder - Usyk. As long as we never ever see Fury - Wilder and Usyk - Joshua again.

Realistically this should be happening while Fury - Usyk is happening and the winners face off as long as it isn't the doubles of Fury and Wilder or Usyk and Joshua.

I'd love to see Wilder - Usyk at some point as it's a very very intriguing match. Wilder - Joshua is a solid too.
