Joshua has a better chin than Wilder though.

I don't understand the 'Wilder has a dynamite in his right'. It's crude, thrown from another planet ! Surely, any HW with some skill sees it coming. Planes land quicker from 10,000 ft. He has only ever KOd tin cans. Fury got up twice & dominated & he was at 60%.

Not sure when losing to a super focused killing machine version of Lineal Champ who actually beat Wlad without getting dropped, when it mattered, who's the best HW on the planet, started being considered more embarrassing than getting beaten up and stopped by a tubby midget who was a late replacement, and having to drop a ton of weight and running for his life in the rematch.

    Wilder KO

Joshua hits harder and cleaner than fury, so i expect him to follow the same game plan - get on top of Wilder early and push him onto his back foot. It would be a quick stoppage.

Joshua isnt as fleet footed or manoeuvrable as Fury though, got caught by Vlad's straight right so Wilder would have a chance. Maybe even a Breazeale style 1st round knockout before Joshua gets dialled in.

The first time Wilder stepped up the ring doctor had to rescue him. From that point it was just a matter of time.

Joshua isn’t stupid enough to lower his guard and stand stiff like a lamppost like Breazeale did. Wilder wouldn’t go for it either because he’d be too hesitant to in the first round.

Wilder is losing his confidence after the last fight so he would get KO'ed by Joshua.

Who wins the fight won't be based on who allegedly looked more embarrassing in defeat.

Wilder has lost to Fury twice now, once in a one sided points loss incorrectly ruled a draw and the second time by a vicious one sided beating. Joshua came back from his lone defeat, proving that he could adapt and overcome adversity. The entertainment value of the win is irrelevant; the fact is he trained to win against a man who had previously beaten him and got it. Wilder failed to do that, and did even worse in the rematch. He showed he learned nothing from the first fight and failed to implement any of the changes he and his fans were trumpeting about making in the run up.

Frankly nothing in their recent performances indicate a Wilder win by KO. Wilder isn't a compact, quick handed counter puncher with an iron chin so there's no guarantee he has anything like the success Ruiz had, while Joshua has a ton of the same qualities Fury demonstrated in the rematch to ragdoll Wilder all over the ring. Wilder's one chance rests in Joshua gassing himself out or losing concentration and getting himself caught by a right hand. Even if that happens it's not a given the fight is over. Wlad landed his right about as flush as can be on Joshua's grill and Joshua got up to survive and rally back. Ruiz had to put Joshua down countless times before the ref waved the fight off.

On the flip side Wilder's found himself getting outboxed by puddings who would have KOed him had they had more power and ability, and now that we've seen he can be hurt by a man not known for his knockout power it doesn't bode well for his chances against a harder, more concussive puncher in Joshua.

Anything can happen of course, but the likelihood of Wilder beating Joshua in any shape or form aren't particularly great IMO. Certainly not high enough for me to want to wager even a puncher's chance KO on.

The question mentions current form, Joshua would be coming off a comfortable win, Wilder off a humiliating defeat. On form it's a Joshua win.

Joshuas offensive swarm would be too much for wilder

when Joshua was unleashing those sudden swarms with an onslaught of shots on Wlad, he was very effective

and I don’t think Wilder could withstand one

Wilder hasn't even stepped back in the ring since being humiliated by Fury. Appears to have gone even further off the rails mentally as well. Joshua smokes him.
