i see another thread on esb mrtin as a possible back up if ortiz is caught with drugs in his system ironic every you tube video of martin has him off his head high on drugs and he is the back up in case of drug use.
Martin completely quit against Joshua in only the second round. He has no fight in him, and Wilder would even dominate and stop him in the first half of the fight.
Wilder isn't very good but Martin really is a different level of rubbish. He's so slow the Windmills would hit pretty easily.
I hear Ortiz is getting tested big time in the build up to this. Cant see this not happening. But to answer the question Martin is just too sluggish it would only be a matter of time before he was knocked out. And we saw from the AJ fight he doesnt like getting hit.
I know right? It's an extremely strange choice for a potential substitute opponent when you think about it.
