Haye knocks him out. Wilder doesn't use his physical attriutes well enough to keep guys on the outside nor does he have the footwork to stay away. Haye will close the distance and bomb him out imho.
This would be one of the lowest volume fights ever, both (particularly Haye) would be terrified to engage in fear of being knocked out, I think Wilder is a bad style for Haye with his longer arms and being about 5 inches taller, so I would favour Wilder Two punchers too cautious
