On the basis that Wilder has wasted his time these last few years becoming chairman of the "bum of the month" club and has yet to face any credible opposition at even a domestic level whereas Price has defeated credible domestic opposition in the form of former English Champion John McDermott, former Commonwealth Champion Sam Sexton and former European Champion Audley Harrison, then I think benefit of the doubt must be given to Price. Wilder simply has not face the quality of opposition that Price has and has not proven himself enough to be considered superior.
Price wins this inside 3 rounds, i think Wilder's punchpower is all hype his knockouts look very sloppy compared to Price's clean accurate shots that would seperate most heavyweights from their senses. Iv'e seen Wilder down twice as a pro from much lesser men.
Who knows really both are virtually untested against any credible/real opponents. Price is the one who is acually making something happen for his career however I like how Wilder is brought along, getting rounds and knockouts under his belts. At the moment the fight is a tossup.
Wilder is sparring with Wladimir. Does that help his experience/credibility at all? I dunno. Just based on fight film, I go with Price I guess.
Hard to call on the basis that Wilder hasn't been in with anyone. I guess you'd have to lean towards Price right now, due to his better competition.
Two glass chins against each other, would be intresting. But i would say Price would KO him at some point.
whoever connects first, both are untested huge punchers with glass chins. 50-50 I voted Wilder to even things out and because I feel he's more ferocious so has a better chance of landing first.
