Great news! I've been looking for a link to the announcement by the LVPD or the Clark County DA that the charges have been dropped. Or even a link to the Las Vegas Sun or other newspaper reporting this. Do you have a link?
Very interesting fight as both fighters would have huge incentives in it. If chisora wins he puts himself right back up to title contention, based on the fact that he beat a young up an coming destroyer. If chisora loses, he fades into obscurity, being remembered as the guy who lost very time he stepped up. If Deontay wins, he proves himself the real deal, taking out a former contender and an overall tough dude If he loses, all of his momentum is gone, and he will most likely never get it back. I really hope this fight goes through
I think Chisora at this point. Wilder's main asset is his power, and Chisora has a great chin. He's also proven he can get inside against bigger fighters. I'm not sure he has the power to knock out even the weak-chinned Wilder, but at this point I think Chisora could still outbox him. It's a fairly even fight in my mind though. No outcome would surprise me that much. Doesn't look like this fight will happen anyway.
Actually, its only 1-5 years per count on conviction as a Class C felony in Nevada. I don't know for sure, but I assume he's only been charged with one count. But, that's 1-5 more years than I would want to serve at the notorious High Desert State Prison.
Wilder by one punch KO. Chisora is British Level and his claim to fame is injuring Heleniua and Klitschko and giving them 'tough' fights (which in reality were not tough)
I'm in awe. Does this postulate constitute a universal law or a mathematical certainty? The bookies won't like this. In fact Wilder never needs to fight again since you've just proved he can never, ever, be beaten...
Are you saying Chisora is top 10? Tony Thompson is you know the fat unmotivated 41 year old that just shattered another one of your British Level Heavyweights Glass Jaw not too long ago? You remember him right? :good
