I’d like to see Parker or Whyte vs Wilder next if the fury rematch doesn’t come off. Both can give him a lot of problems

Wilder would spark him. Wilder could also outbox Parker over 12 rounds quite easily unless Parker is willing to change trainer.

Parker should just retire. His head is clearly not into boxing anymore and he simply lacks heart and desire.

Done nothing for the last 6 months with nothing lined up. He needed more than 10 weeks of preparation for Chisora who just got KTFO.

Parker's got Hugie Fury and Dillian Whyte problems. Levels.

I like Parker but he has zero chance. There’s only 2 who can beat him, one already did. Other one is AJ.

Of all the fighters in the world right now, Parker is one who could take Wilder OUT.

It would never get made, too much of a risk.
Parker has got an absolutely tremendous chin, he took a fully flush, fully powered left hook from Whyte and didn’t look badly hurt when getting up. Whyte’s left hook is the best punch in the heavyweight division.

Yep - nobody wants to fight Parker now

    Too much risk

A Wilder Parker is unlikely , it will be Ortiz and Kownacki in whichever order . Parker could get a UD and he is a wily fox in the ring . Wilder could as ever land something big but against Parker it would be difficult it depends on how cunning Wilder is .

Lol Povetkin is old, Klitschko is old. Dillian Whyte isn't anything special and neither is Joseph Parker. So basically neither AJ or Wilder have yet to fight any world class fighters who weren't old.

Joshua, Whyte and Chisora have all been willing to fight him in the past 12 months. Now he just doesn't have much to offer the top dogs in the division - needs to get back to relevancy by beating a decent level opponent.

Well, in terms of getting back up there with the top dogs, I wouldn't be surprised if Parker fought one of them next.

Heard of Negron? Neither, but he's the one Breazeale beat to get his mandatory position against Wilder. Guys like Parker and Whyte IMO are better boxers than Breazeale and if he can get up there then surely Parker can.

Parker is durable which I think means the top guys will avoid him for the time being. More chance of landing something lucky over 12 rounds than less than 3.

I'm just so frustrated he won't ditch Barry and retool. So much potential is there but heading into his late 20s it looks like it will be squandered by a trainer who is out of his depth.
