Mobile cant be worse than Birmingham

 

No hate on deontay brah, but it is what it is. Wladimir was 206 - 5 as an amateur, won gold at the olympics, and is now the undisputed HW champ.

Deontay shows no signs of being as good as wlad, and I don't think he'll ever be champion.

 

Mobile has some sketchy areas, but Birmingham is a ****ing hell hole full of the worst types of southerners, whites and blacks. One of the highest cities for murder in the nation per capita.

 

That is my point, Deontay had 10 -20 fights before the KO you show and has had a solid slowly built pro record, and Wlad had a excellent amatuer career and was getting KO'd by Purrity and a retired overweight golfer, that he didn't have the guts to rematch and had his brother take out for him. Sorry, but you aren't gonna start bad mouthing Deontay for losing in the ams via knockout when he first started when your body Wlad was getting put to sleep.

No doubt that he could beat Boytsov and Povetkin right now. Those guys are way overrated and Wilder could beat them.

So what would people grade that card? I would give it a C+, Salita's fight was nothing special. Valez's fight wasn't anything special either. Wilder did exactly what we wanted to see out of him, and the Swing was okay. But after that boxing masterpiece I'm upgrading it to a A-. A gas station attendant fighting an extra from the Pirates of the Caribbean was well worth it.

Wlad lost 3 times in 61 fights brah, that's a ridiculous record.

We'll see how wilder does when he steps up against the big boys.

 

True but dont count on it. Povetkin would rather defend a fake title against old washed up fighters and Boytsov has been fighting for 8 years and still hasnt beaten anyone in the top 900 yet.
