If by who takes it you mean takes the win, it would be Lewis. But if you mean who takes it as in who takes the fight.... I reckons Wilder would duck it, swerve it aka not take it!!

Nice dream but back to reality......

Lewis will win but not early......

Whenever Lewis faced a threat he took serious he was very cautious..........Tua/Oldyfield/Mercer and even a shot to shid Tyson impersonator lasted rounds and rounds and rounds.

Lewis was blasted twice by genuine ham eggers with ONE shot...the ONLY Heavy in history being ko'ed twice by ONE shot.....both right hands......both by fighters not known to be punchers........both never ko'ed a similar opponent ever once above the bum circuit..............guess whats Wilders best punch is ......the right hand.........so Lewis will try to set up a trap later in the fight, guaranteed.

Wilder is way more dangerous then mental midget Golata or HBO hype job Grant.........both never won a meaningful fight ever.

As Cosell said in the Foreman-Frazier fight, "Down goes Wilder, down goes Wilder, down goes Wilder!" It wouldn't be pretty.

I'm a huge fan of both, but LL was in a totally different league compared to Wilder. I think it would be an all out war with LL clipping Wilder around the 8th or 9th.

Lewis wins via KO in 2 rounds

I would compare Wilder to a Razor Ruddock level of opponent

Lewis does him with no ****, hard and early

Lewis could get caught. But 9 out of 10 times Lewis would knock out Wilder in a few rounds.

For all Lewis's undoubted ability and beautiful jab, he could be a mean, dirty son of a ***** in the ring as well.
Three rounds, tops, before the Windmill crashes to Earth via a devastating KO.

Reality is Wilder's footwork and balance is awful and his resume is bad.

IMO if Wilder had competed in Lewis era he would have had multiple losses to a variety of opponents, no belt and retired with a shorter career with less fights.

If Wilder can land on a defensively minded Fury, he can definitely land on Lewis. Fury got caught in the 12th right after landing. If Lewis wants to land punches, he puts himself in range, and Wilder has fast hands. He might even have a better chin than Lewis, so he could have the advantage exchanging.
