By the time Wilder catches up with the current top 10 , he'll be ready to cash out on his retirement fight .

    Maskaev is 45 ffs.

Age 44 Oleg is slow as a snail now and has been KOed 7 times, including a KO 1 by journeyman Nagy Aguilera.

Thompson is very strong and durable, he's only ever been stopped by Wlad.

Old Oleg hasn't had a top 100 HW win since Rahman in 2006, while Thompson just KOed the 2012 ESPN prospect of the year twice.

i like wilder but if this is true im seriouly disapointed.maskaev is a step backwards...but the fight would sell and thats pobably the reason there considering it.

lets be honest...at the end of the day it's always about the money.any fighter on the planet will fight whoever is low risk if they can get paid.if the fight makes dollars then it makes cents.

I haven't read anything about this fight being in the works. I don't even think Wilder could get away with such an opponent at this point.

Ortiz would be a good choice.

Glazkov, Abdusalamov and Kevin Johnson have said they want the Sep 21 fight with Chisora.

the Wilder show becomes even more of a freak fest.

he's just looking stupid now. all that fake confidence that he spews is nothing but hollow.

fight someone who has a chance to actually throw a punch back you fraud.

Don't know of I want to spend the time to break down such a lame post.
Here goes, it might be fun once I get rolling

When was it great? The 70s  The top HWs of that era would get slaughtered by the Haye's, Pulev's, and Povetkin's.

Seriously, who has he fought for such a monster... SERIOUSLY :blood

Most of the HWs you listed are no longer at or approaching their prime.

There are DOZENS of HWs that can "slaughter" Harrison and Liak - the 2 biggest names on weak resume :deal Wlads chin isn't top level but hardly trash :bart

    Yeah...
That settles it, the K bros must be the greatest in all of HW history ! :good
