Hearn isn't so smug today, apparently "it's all over to them", meaning Arum and Arum has said he won't pay Wilder.

    1. this is a unification and generals unis stand over anything else
    2. how much does it matter what an american judge says this situation? Its a fight between 2 brits in saudi arabia, its not like the US justical system is the governing body in the international boxing world.

This is actually not that bad.. We get to watch Wilder embarrass himself again, listen to his next load of laughable excuses, and then we get the AJ FURY unification in the UK at the end of the year!!

F*** Saudi... I'm up for this....

    The real problem is Usyk.

Come across well then leaving the ball in their court.

If AJs promoter can pay Usyk step aside money then I don't see why Fury's promoter can't unless they actually don't want the AJ fight.

Warren is already on the defensive and saying the complete opposite to Arum and saying that the AJ fight is the priority of the two.

It's the amount of step aside that's the problem, Wilder is apparently demanding a huge amount of money, an unrealistic amount.

So, it leaves them two options, either to fight Wilder or drop the WBC title and fight AJ.

But then it isn't for the undisputed and then it's not what the Saudis bought and they might say "hang on, we wanted to buy history".

It looks like Usyk Vs AJ and Fury Vs Wilder.

    Wilder doesn't deserve paying.
    Wilder makes silly demands.
    Wilder deserves a beating.

Hopefully Fury sends Wilder into retirement this time.

Wilder had his chance twice against Fury and failed to secure a win. Please spare the fans by giving us actual meaningful fights rather than a repeat. This is just absolutely pointless. I'd rather Wilder have a few tune ups first to see where he's at.

Fury might find it difficult to get fights in certain U.S states if he doesn't listen.

    That said, who cares?

There's enough money outside of the U.S, and more than enough interest.

In my opinion, if he beats Joshua then he will likely retire very soon anyway.

I don't see him carry on for much longer.

He will have enough money, he'll be undisputed champion.

Who else is left to beat?

    Usyk?

    Joyce?

    Whyte?

I mean, who is out there that he would consider worthy of his time?

Whole situation is just............there has to be an eventual sunset to any contractual obligation, it can't just go on and on in perpetuity, especially when one party is simply stalling and prolonging (Wilder). This is just very odd, I'm curious how it can be justified that Fury must adhere to the contract when Wilder had multiple opportunities to fight and "chose" not to. That alone should be enough to do away with it (I would think). I would love to actually read the specifics of their agreement.

You are talking nonsense. Firstable no one can make Fury to drop his title. Get off Wilder *****. The whole thing has not go to court yet. Wilder and his team may go to the court, but arbitration is just a civil b.c. The court could decide completely different thing.
Wilder trying to sue Fury is a big stretch.
He misses both of the dates for the rematch, he also missed the deadline, and was silence until the contract expired, which just prove that the guy didn`t want the fight at all, but all he want is to just talk and keep the nonsense hype around his false a....
Fury team should just go to the court. At the very best Wilder can win the right to get the rematch, but the whole process could last years+.
    So still Wilder is ******.

They have business interests in America, and more importantly store their money in banks that have business in America, so if they sign a contract in America and break it in Britain they will have problems.

If they want to join the Cuban amateur program or jump start boxing in North Korea then sure, they can just ignore it.
