Deontay Wilder would decapitated Tyson Fury

His left jab, and his footwork/balance. - both of which had been rather terrible, by Wilder's own admission.

He worked very hard on both, and the improvement is obvious & dramatic.

- And that's the thing about Wilder, despite all the complete rubbish spewed by the haters, he is very humble about his skills and dedicated to improving them.
Everyone that has worked with him says the same thing. He constantly asks for criticism, and keeps a notepad of all the things he needs to improve.

 

This guy is fighting guys I never heard of before at least vitali klitschko when he was 26-0-26ko's he was fighting someone decent.

 

Pajkic is leagues above the American-level Wilder. Pajkic would KO that sorry athlete.

I think there has to be ??'s for all these upcomers - Wilder, Fury and Price. But of the 3 I fancy Price to turn out to be the real thing. Wilder would be dangerous for anyone - like Price he's a real banger...but the fact his wading thru bums and not stepping up invites the question as to why!! Till he does...hes nothing special - just a hard hitting journeyman.

 

comparing him to fury is like comparing oranges to apples. there is no comparison. wilder is a better athlete, and an intelligent fighter that people dont give him to be who i think can exploit furys flaws as a fighter. fury is slow, has no defense, things wilder will expose with ease. it just seems so easy to see that its so odd people dont see it. its understandable fury is ignoring his challenge to fight him

Your right. It is like comparing apples to oranges. Fury has actually fought competition with a pulse. The best opponent by a country mile that Wilder has beaten is Kelvin Price, and that Price would have been beat easy by McDermott, Chisora, Pajkic, Rogan, Maddalone or Johnson - all of whom Fury has beaten.

So I have to say again, Wilder might have potential but that's not how we should judge boxers, we should judge them by what they achieve and Wilder's achievement are pathetic for a man who's been a pro for over four years and had 26 professional fights.

Fury had his pro-debut less than a month after Wilder had his, and look at the difference between them. Fury's a top ten rated heavyweight that's being talked about as a potential opponent for the Klitschkos later this year or sometime in 2014 while Wilder's not even in the top 50. Before Wilder can call out someone in the top ten and be taken seriously he has to beat someone in the top 50 and the 25. Until then he's just some loud-mouthed nobody.

 

Chisora and Pajkic may have rocked Fury but who won those fight? And who the hell had Wilder fought that tested him enough that anyone could say with confidence that he had great "physical abilities" and would "expose" a proven fighter, someone who has beaten decent world level opposition, like Fury?

 

Chisora didn't rock Fury atall,he hit him about 20 times flush aswell ... Chisora has no power or punching technique though so that explains it ... Firtha rocked him and then got beaten up,Pajkic floored him and then got smashed in the next round.

 

Fury's made massive leaps in these areas as well, against much more respectable opposition than Wilder has. Have you seen the Kingpin fight? If so, what did you think of Fury's performance?

Wilder's open-mindedness and willingness to learn is admirable, but he needs to be testing out his skills against fighters who can test him and take him into the later rounds. He's not been further than four rounds to date.

A resilient journeyman like Guinn or Sherman Williams would be ideal.
