I'm not saying this disqualifies it from being a uni, he clearly has to belts unified, but refresh my memory wasn't that fight for the vacant WBA? Wlad wasn't handed back the title after Fury was stripped was he?

 

The belt was only on the line if Wlad was involved... Regardless Joshua is a unified champ and is rated at no1 by the ring, boxrec, tbrb, espn etc etc. Wilder and Parker are a step below.

Thanks bud, was it the sort of situation where Wlad was going to be fighting for a WBA title regardless of who he fought or did he need AJ as much as AJ needed him for the fight to be a WBA title fight, do ya know?

Just to clarify I don't mean to just ask if AJ was replaced with Wilder or Pov or some other high profile HW would that have been for the WBA as well, I also mean to ask did Wlad have the option of taking a very safe fight for the WBA title? A guy like Takam or Charr or some such.

 

Just watched the Charr/Duhaupas fight as some of you said it was a robbery. Personally it looked like a very competitive fight, fought on pretty even terms throughout I can see why Duhaupas won a MD but I had Charr winning a very close fight, so it's hardly what I call a robbery.

That does effect how I rate Duhaupas though, if Charr could give him so much trouble he clearly isn't as good as I thought he was.
