Jay Deas (Deontay Wilder's Trainer) confirms Wilder was dropped by a vicious head shot from "Feather Fisted" Scorniers. Sconiers is the definition of a BUM! He has 18 wins and 27 LOSSES.. with only 23% KO rate but despite that he made Wilder do the skanky leg.

Wilder fanboys are quick to say AJ has no chin because he was dropped by a guy (Klitschko) who has more KO's than Wilder and AJ combined.. But they seem to leave out the part where Wilder was dropped by a feather fisted bum with 23% KO rate.

Deas says Wilder was hit behind the head but anyone who saw the fight clips (Which have all been mysteriously been deleted from the whole Internet) Scorniers landed a wild but clean shot right on the chin.

Deas also "Forgets" to mention that Wilder was dropped again by the legendary Hall of Famer Dustin Nichols who has a solid resume of 4 wins and 10 LOSES!

    BUUUUUUMSQUAAAAAD!

    Don't forget Dustin Nicholls

He dropped Wilder heavily but ran out of steam unable to follow up on account of morbid obesity

I vote that we have a one month amnesty of Wilder threads, even I'm getting a little bored of bashing him at this point.

Can we at least wait for him to bring out his latest comedy material where he shits on Holmes' resume and claims he would knock out Muhammad Ali? :rosstheboss

It has been confirmed before by numerous sources

'In opening bout action, 2008 Olympic bronze medalist, Deontay Wilder, after scoring two first round knockdowns, survived a major scare after having to rise from the canvas at the end of the second round after being floored hard by veteran Harold Sconiers. With only the second round bell saving Wilder from being knocked out, he then got his senses together in the third round and rebounded to knock Sconiers down twice more in the fourth round. The fourth knockdown was a hard overhand right to the forehead of Sconiers that put him down hard against the bottom rope prompting the referee to call an end to the fight at 1:09 of the fourth round. With the victory, Wilder improves to 13-0 (13KO’s) while the hard luck Sconiers falls to 17-21-2 (11KO).'

Gabe Montoya was in attendance that night too

'Two years ago October against Harold Sconiers, Wilder hit the deck hard after an uppercut out of nowhere by Sconiers, who despite his 17-20-2 record could bang a little bit. Wilder took forever to recover and it was definitely a red flag. But that was two years ago and 13 fights ago. As with all prospects, the questions will appear, like Sconiers uppercut, from out of nowhere. With proper gym preparation, Wilder will have the answers the way he did that night against Sconiers. Though on shaky legs, Wilder was able to stop Sconiers in four rounds.'

My question is, why would anyone deny it but also why highlight it?
A lot of bigname fighters have had embarassing moments coming up, certainly in the HW division. Even Ali needed to be saved with dubious tactics early in his career.

When they try to bury it, then it only gets highlighted and people will use it against them. I remember a yt "copyright" takedown from a certain HW for every fight he got dropped in. That was so blantantly obvious that it only made him look bad

I would assume the answer is money.

The more hype for Wilder the more cash his team makes.

    I'm guessing.

But it doesn't make much sense because every boxfan and every possible opponent out there knows about it, and almost none of the casuals do either way. So it wouldn't make much financial sense.
Trying to bury it might make it into a topic.

We all know this. He was dropped hard and badly hurt and so Wilders handlers scrubbed the entire internet of the footage.
