Deontay will show on March 3rd that he does indeed have one of the best mandibles in the sport.

Discuss. He has never shown any mandible deficiencies, never. He has never been legitimately dropped in his entire career.

I'm not sure Ortiz will land anything significant.

Ortiz is sparring with Nicholls to learn the famous devastating check jab which floored Hybrid before.

I will ROTFL if Ortiz lays Wilder out stiff as a board before hobbling back to his corner on his zimmer frame and gobbling some heart pills

His own coach confirmed that he was dropped hard against Sconiers. 0/10 try harder.

i have said in many threads that i think ortiz can and will win this fight

for deontay to win this fight he does not need to test his chin he needs to box long.

goes gung ho v ortiz and he will hit the deck simply by the fact ortiz picks his counterpunchs very well and deontay will not have his feet and weight beneath him if ortiz times him and will go down ala martin v joshua

not hurt just not balanced enough to stay upright to a straight shot.

but wilders chin is still / like the fighter himself a bit of a question mark v top 10 fighters because he has not faced any punchers until now / stiverne and molina probably the hardest punchers he has faced whixh is hardly a death row after 39 fights

this fight will show us more than the previous 39 fights put together how wilders chin is.

if he boxes the right fight he can win without testing it too much and that is the gameplan he should set out to do.

I think Wilder will win this in a UD 12 snoozefest. He will fight on his backfoot as Ortiz is too plodding and flat footed to follow him around.

If Wilder doesn’t knock Ortiz out within the first 5 rounds....I see Ortiz winning the fight either by mid to late round stoppage/TKO or by UD. The first 5 rounds Wilder will be a problem and very dangerous. After that....I think Ortiz figures him out and adjusts to Widers power then begins breaking him down

This. If Wilder has any skill and sense at all, he'll try to avoid exchanging with Ortiz as much as possible and be content to pile up the points.
