No Wilder needs to beat someone with a belt to become #1, that means AJ or Parker but he ducked both.

True. Some of the smartest posters on the site have argued that being the #1 HW is meaningless 'UNLESS YOU BEAT THE MAN WHO BEAT THE MAN'! There were endless discussions about this topic and some people even managed to get banned in those discussions, believe it or not!

MVC is actually going on ignore for this stinking **** heap of a thread. Seriously how he's allowed to just troll these boards with this crap is insane.

Well done mate, you've managed to join the same idiot club as the likes of Blizzy, Shockmaster and ESB's merry band of alt right knob jockeys.

And how did wilder win it again by beating stivern who never beat a champ to get his belt... By your own definition wilder never earned his belt.

Wlad was top ten when they fought and a sure lock 1st ballot hall of famer.... Martin was in the top ten when he fought Joshua.... wilder has only fought the old bum stivern. The second time wasn't stivern coming off like a two year kayoff? And face it stivern is on the same level as martin.

every time he posts garbage he claims it is irrefutable. he should buy a thesaurus. at least change up the adjective once in awhile.

Top 10 on what list? Martin was a ****en bum. Wlad was 41 years old and coming off of a 15 month layoff and a loss.

Stiverne earned his title in the ring and legitimately won his belt before Wilder took it. Martin was given his title and so was Wlad.

Top Notch is relativity term (top notch of the existing stock), not an impressive list but the champion gets his share of them (mandatory defenses)

The active Top Notch today are the Champions, Ortiz, Povetkin & next Top 10 guys that are on top of the rankings
