Deontay's reaction to the fight

Last I checked, the aim of boxing wasn’t to eat people’s children and there was no realistic threat of that happening during the fight.
This context from Deontay is way darker. And it’s not a case of me being sensitive or a crybaby - it’s a case of loving boxing and respecting boxers. Saying you want to kill your opponent in the ring, how can anyone think that’s funny or anything other than just vile?

 

Hell, Old Man Ortiz almost knocked Wilder out! And he is old! It was a boring fight tonight, but I put a lot of blame on the referee who did a disgraceful job! He ruined the fight, every time they would start to mix it up, the ref would stop the action! Wilder runs his mouth, but he has been running from Povetkin for years. VADA cleared Povetkin and yet Haymon would still not allow the WBC to allow Wilder to fight...................Povetkin is better than Joshua, Parker and Wilder, who is a joke. If Tyson Fury does make a serious come back, then he will clear up! Fury is the best out there at this time...........

No he's not and AJ with his stiff rigid style will be in a real fight against Povetkin.

Oh and both Wilder and Fury beat Joshua.

Parker of last night would have ruined Deontay.

 

He could have sat ringside and completely shredded AJ's mediocre performance in multiple SKY interviews. But Deontay preferred the comfort and warmth of his Alabama home.

Makes one question how motivated Deontay is to get anything serious done in the division.
