What can be his level if he's motivated?

I think he could at least snag the European title from Teper.

And I hope he does before Joshua fights for it.

In fact, I reckon he could also beat Wilder for the world title

I suppose boxing keeps him off the streets.
If he hangs up his gloves he'd probably be making himself a nuisance to society.

No, he's solid but will be knocked out by every good HW.

I would be surprised if he built himself up again to fringe world level but could see him getting in the mix on the domestic / euro front.

Did you watch him against Fury? He was utter ****. He's finished.

But what if he was motivated. Which he clearly wasn't against Fury.

Say Wilder gave him a world title shot. Chisora would likely be motivated for that, and I for one, would not count him out.

There are only a few of 'good' HW's. After the schooling and beating he got from Fury, I think that Chisora will probably lose to most of the top 15 contenders like Thompson, Pulev, Glazkov, Takam, Chagaev, Fedosov etc.
Maybe a fight with Charr could be fun. Both of them are entertaining and lose with every step up.

I don't think Teper is anything special so he could capture the European Title quite easily provided he is disciplined.

Above that it's difficult to say, once Wlad retires there is going to a massive scramble for all those belts (if he beats Fury).

He's pretty much the 2008 Danny Williams now.
