Following the extensive media coverage that my WBC World Heavyweight title challenge against Vitali Klitschko in Munich at the weekend has attracted, I feel I must wholeheartedly apologise for my part in the regretable scenes both before and after what was to be the biggest night of my career.

BUT HE GLASSED ME! I AIN'T HAVING IT! HE GLASSED ME!

I WILL PHYSICALLY SHOOT HIM!

I will be making no further comment at this stage and will wait for any formal hearing to take place.

Chisora's original statement might have looked something like this, before solicitor redrafting...

Thomas Puetz, president of the german profi boxing association says, that he was, as is the rule, in chisoras dressing room before the fight to check out chisoras bandages.
the bandages were not legal so puetz asked chisora to redo them.chisora yelled 'you f**king german *******' and wanted to attack puetz.
chisora then yelled to Wladimir (who was also there as part of the other corner, since there is always one person from the opponent at the procedure to see that everything is alright) "Tell your f****** brother the fight is over".
chisora had been vandalizing earlier in his dressing room because he didn't want wlad in his dressing room (chisora had known since the weighing on the day before that wlad would be the one from team vitali to come to chisoras room for the bandages checking, but chisora hadn't complained).
after chisora had yelled at puetz and vladimir chisoras manager came to them and said that he doesn't have any control over chisora.
