Bermane by ko? This is badly overestimating Stiverne's power, or underestimating Chisora's chin. The guy's chin is iron, and i would say he probably have an higher workrate, too.
I'd go with Chisora on points, but it would be a close match.

 

I wouldn't say Chisora's chin is iron anymore. He's been getting rocked more often since the Haye fight.

 

did u watch stiverne knock out helenius in a round. knocking him all the way across the ring ,,he then koed price in the same night,... there is no way chisora wins this fight. i will give chisora a 5 percent chance to lose by decision...95 percent chance . he gets koed

 

Stiverne by KO or Chisora by decision... based on how easily Chisora has been stunned lately, most likely the former....
