I know what the easy answer is here: HAYE DESTROYS CHISORA!! But, take a step back and look at things more realistically. Chisora is a far larger man than David Haye. He's a full-blown, legitimate heavyweight. He has power, and he definitely can take a beating. He showed that against Fury. Also, Chisora can press an attack. Haye is not 6' 9" with an 85" reach. Del Boy would have a much better chance of landing his shots against Haye than he did versus the giant Fury. David Haye has fought just 5 times as a heavyweight. 3 of those bouts were against shot fighters (Barrett, Valuev and Ruiz), 1 was against a never-was (Harrison) and in the other bout (Klitschko), Haye was totally dominated and didn't even let his hands go. We know that Haye had issues with Monte Barrett's power. He said so himself. Given this information, how does Hayemaker vs Del Boy go down? One note that is clearly in favor of Haye: Reach. Haye has a 78" reach, whereas Chisora's is just 74." Given Haye's speed edge, that could be a fatal flaw for Chisora.
Chisora was way too heavy for the Fury fight. He wouldn't make that mistake against Haye. I was impressed with Chisora's toughness and will against Fury. He's almost like a less-skilled version of Ray Mercer.
I'd say that depends on Hayes toe status. If all of his toes are in perfect shape, he would win. If not, it could be close.
