I'm not a Chisora fan but he's beaten Helenius and Scott and both are consensus top 10/20 heavyweights.

When you're trying to be political-rankings-guy, it doesn't work when you don't acknowledge the real results. The honest, non-political assessment? Chisora is mediocre, Scott is ****, and the Chisora-Helenius fight, which Chisora probably won, was so bad that they both should be downgraded because of it. Even Chisora's win over Scott is such that no honest boxing fan can watch it and say, "wow, Chisora really outclassed his opponent"

You can't have it both ways. Maybe there's a way you can calculate it so that Chisora is great. But there is no fight that you can point to to prove it.

Helenius fought with only one arm. Vitali beat Chisora, winning every round with only one arm.

However, this is Boytsov we are talking about. The old Boytsov would knock Chisora out, no doubt, but after two surgeries on his hands, layoffs caused by the surgeries and a bad promoter who knows? If Boytsov is only 50% as good as he was, he will knock Chisora out. Boytsov had everything, he was boxing 101, with extremely heavy hands, great combinations, footwork, I just hope his past promoter did not do to him what Don King did to Tyson. It all depends on what Boytsov has left. If I knew what Boytsov looked like now I could make an easy prediction. Still, I will not be surprised if Boytsov wins the fight by knockout anyway, even below his best...........how much rust does he have, will he use his power, was his surgery successful?

Chisora has lost to every decent fighter he's got into the ring against... why is he relevant? You Brits love this clown for no reason.

Boystov has NO bigger critic on this board than me. But I was a DelBoy fan before he won the TORN LABRUM LOTTERY and let success go to his waisteline.

Since that fight he has disrespected the two finest gentleman in the game and had been KTFO and been handed another gift vs Scott.

This really is a pickum though......and IF Boystov ain't 100%.....he will lose on the cards.

You are wrong about this, If Boystov is not what we thought he had in him as a potential he will quit in tthis fight... If he is a real fighter and has hunger he can win this but if he does not have fighter mentality Chisora's swarming will be too much.

If this fight was to be held somewhere like in Germany or Russia, I would favor Boytsov to win. Considering it's going to happen in the UK, I'm not sure. I expect it to be a good match for sure.

Boytsov said earlier today he is likely fighting on the Sauerland card on the 14th of September and will not be fighting Chisora on Sep 21.

However, he said a fight with Chisora for the European title is in the works for later in the year.

I'm thinking Boytsov-Chisora will be on a Sauerland card in November or December.

So, no one has yet explained why Chisora, who hasn't beaten anyone, is so highly regarded.

Fight wont happen. Saureland aren't stupid enough to invest in Boytsov who's on the verge of a World title shot for a mere Euro shot on short notice away to England on a VVarren card. We all seen what happened during the last VVarren/Chisora fight once Derrick was being schooled. The ref declared Chisora the "winner" at the first chance under absurd circumstances.

Yeah it's a fight we'd all like to see but it wont happen under these circumstances.

Boytsov manager made it clear that his fighter is no shape to fight Chisora in September

Boytsov pulled out. Smartly so probably. He never fights and although he has great potential, bad timing.
