Murray is flurrying with elongated light straights as he launches back out of clinches and springs in to grab again. Effective spoiling by Murray. Naught from Walsh, following Murray and getting tapped by or gathered up in Murray's arms. Virtually no punches from Walsh coming forward, basically taking a round off.

Round 9

Murray is putting in jabs, hooks, and chops with both hands as he slides and drags his feet backward, letting his butt carom off the ropes as he changes his angle. Walsh is stepping to him, throwing big left hook leads and mostly having them blocked. Murray's head is turned by the odd hook but he stays composed and constantly moving, landing his jabs. Body combo by Walsh. Murray looks hurt, laying on the ropes like a victim.

10-9 Walsh, stole it with a destructive romp in the last minute after Murray built a nice foundation in the first two.

Round 10

Murray is putting in the 1-2 and carefully measuring the distance, not lingering after touching Walsh. Murray gets timed with a perfect right hand crashing below his left eye as he is throwing a 1-2 but stands up to it well and gets back outside. Brief clinch. Jabs flicked as they rush along in a close-proximity carousel. Heads clash, and the ref warns both. Slapping hooks by Murray. Double jab by Murray. Big right hand by Walsh, and a left hook to the body. Murray blocks Walsh's jab while circling with his back skirting dangerously close to the ropes.

Round 11

Murray is jabbing into Walsh's forearms and boxing him from the outside, slapping a few hooks around his right wrist. Walsh is waiting until he is up close and then plugging in hard uppercut combos to the body and lashing out straight at Murray's face. Murray defends well, using the ropes for leverage to glide out past Walsh and using head movement along with his tight guard when not throwing. Jabs by Murray circling left. Hard hooks by Walsh, blocked but turning Murray's head.
