5 or 15 in the world doesn't really matter. The question is - is Parker good enough to back into a mandatory spot? Definitely. He's just got to pick his path, I don't think going through Usyk is the right move. He's still got a few years ahead of him. Of the top 15 Heavies on Boxrec - only Parker and Yoka are 29 - everyone else is over 30. I would pick Charles Martin for the IBF route.
In terms of interesting fights - I'd like to see a rematch with Whyte. Or see some of the former champions fight each other - Parker vs Wilder vs Ruiz.
I'd say Parker is durable enough and outpoints Wilder - Wilder has too much reach and TKO's Ruiz, similar to the Ortiz fights - Ruiz outpoints Parker (assuming Ruiz continues improving his fitness/physique).

After his performance against Chisora I wouldn't want to bet on Parker beating anyone in the top ten again. He'd probably lose a Ruiz rematch, and frankly I'd even pick Wilder over him now (assuming Wilder is anything close to his old form). Parker just continues to underwhelm time after time, and he's getting to the stage where his handspeed is going to decline which will majorly affect his chances going forward.

Usyk will have no problems dealing with the one dimensional and passive Parker. He'll completely flummox him to the point that Parker might actually quit the sport or at least have his confidence severely dented to the point where he stops becoming a factor in any form.

I do feel bad for Chisora being on the losing end of a close decision again, but I think at this stage it doesn't matter. Fans know what he brings and one more loss at this stage isn't going to drastically curtail his chances of landing a big one again.

If Parker is world title fight material then it confirms how **** the current crop are. Ive watched him a few times and just dont see anything great. Charles Martin is another thats totally useless. Hopefully for the next few years we see one champion holding all the belts and save us from some of these bang average guys getting a belt

I personally believe Chisora won the fight, but even if you believe Parker won, if you believe he won than more than narrow margins, I cannot respect your eye sight very much.

Parker is probably Chisora level, maybe a tad better potentially with his young age and evident skills, but just not consistent or interested enough, plus hasn't improved over the last 3 years.
