Maybe Machida can fight Evans again, both are similarly shot and currently campaigning at 185.

Machida has way more left than Evans. The timing is still there(he nailed Brunson with a nice life hand early on) but the reflexes have dimmed and punch resistance isn't all there. Machida might do better to go back to 205 and try his luck out there again.

I'd like to see a trilogy with Machida and Shogun. It's time the UFC uses these guys properly, instead of feeding them to mediocre talent. Legend's fights are often extremely good.

I agree hes just a little bit slower he just missed a couple big shots he would have landed a few years ago and his reflexes that little bit slower also. I think hes still capable of sum good wins and with the 205 division fairly weak I think would be best for him to move back up.

I'd sooner pay for something like that as opposed to the other garbage they've churned out recently. Would swap some of those around though...

    Machida vs. Rua III
    W. Silva vs. Belfort II
    Henderson vs. A. Silva II
    Henderson vs. Ortiz
    Barnett vs. Werdum

Silva vs Belfort 2 at any stage would have been quality.

Silva vs Tito 2 would have been great as well.

I really like that Barnett vs Werdum fight actually, Barnett is top 5 Heavyweights of all time and I would love seeing him wrestle**** Werdum
