Derek Chisora puts his house on Whyte KOing Fury

On topic, do we think Whyte will take Chisora in as a boarder now that he’s homeless?

 

I think they are both headed for the donkey sanctuary.

 

I respect your honesty. To be fair Fury had an excellent game plan, loved the use of his hook.

 

None of those guys are as good as Fury, nor do they possess his physical advantages. As long as Fury used his height, reach and ring IQ advantages, Whyte was never going to have much success whichever version turned up.

It's not that he didn't try to throw and land, he couldn't because he was never allowed to set himself in range. Had the Fury who fought Wilder in their 2nd fight and especially the 3rd turned up last night, Whyte would have had successes. I thought Fury's ego might lead him into making this mistake but instead he brought the 2022 version of the Fury who beat Chisora in their rematch; not quite as mobile but mobile enough and more powerful, keeping it at range and breaking him down slowly.

It's a cliche but true: there's levels to this game...
