Historically fighters weighing 175-200 are HWs. If guys at CW have feats against relevant HWs that should be factored into anyones evaluation. Gassievs only loss before Wallin was to the lineal HW champion. That matters.
I don't recognize Vitalis 2nd reign. Wallin competed for the lineal title same as Chisora against Fury. Fury v Chisora was for the WBC belt though I see. In my mind I just see another Furys ridicolous lineal title defense lol at the WBC for recognizing that.
It doesn't matter what you recognise. Vitali Klitschko won the belt and had seven defences prior to facing Chisora. Chisora competed for the WBC title. Wallin hasn't competed for anything.
Not sure if you've noticed but we're not in the 80s anymore. Heavyweights today are widely regarded to being 200+ pounds at a minimum. Gassiev lost to Usyk in the Cruiserweight division, and losing isn't an accomplishment. Chisora has the better victory against Joyce than anyone Wallin has faced and beaten. In fact Wallin is still more famous for who he's lost against rather than anyone he's actually beaten.
Doesn't recognise Vitali holding the WBC belt for four years, but recognises Fury holding the lineal title despite spending almost three years out on a doping suspension.
Also believes ORG's should not force mandatory fights yet offer the champ an Al la carte menu with 5 fights to choose from
