I'd favor Cooper's tighter punching, explosiveness, speed and greater single shot power to edge this one.
Cooper is the bigger puncher and probably has better technique overall but Chisora is the bigger man has a better chin and has more heart. Could go either way but i'd give the edge to Chisora.
For me it depends on which Cooper shows up. The one that comes to fight (Mercer version) wins. The one that shows up for a paycheck (let's just say Foreman) obviously loses.
