Watch Fury V Chisora 3 for reference. Chisora is a good solid tough fighter if still a weak contender who is good for heavyweight boxing but this is an ATG we are comparing a weak contender to.
Chisora held on to Usyk`s arm for the first 6 rounds, Shavers had more power than Chisora and Holmes had a longer, better jab than Usyk, Larry`s jab and move style would do to Chisora what Fury`s stick and move style did to him, Usyk is a pressure fighter which made it harder to deal with Chisora`s strength.
He`d beat Chisora easily, but Usyk is far better than anybody Larry beat including Witherspoon, it would have been a great fight.
Probably looks similar to Holmes vs Berbick with Chisora making some rounds competitive with his willingness and aggression but ultimately he loses near enough every round. If its 12 rounds Chisora loses a wide decision. If its 15 rounds Chisora gets stopped late.
Similarly Holmes is miles above anyone Usyk has beaten. Great fight but I see Holmes using that stick and taking a relatively comfortable victory.
Chisora got dominated by kubrat pulev, poleaxed by David Haye, and barely won a couple rounds against a 40 vitali klitschko who couldn’t even use because of an injury. Derek wouldn’t even rank in Larry’s top 10 most competitive fights.
Holmes pummels him senseless in a one-sided fight. Chisora doesn't even qualify as a tomato can facing Holmes.
Watch Chisora against Pulev, who probably had the best jab among his opponents. Holmes might honestly beat him without using his right hand.
