Fury is a showman. Playing to the crowd! Chisora not doing much yet again, oh wait a minute, big right hand and another left, at the end of the round, but Fury gets that round. Winning 10 seconds of a round isn't enough. 6-1 Fury.
Round 7 Immediate clinch, Chisora scrubbing Fury's chest with his short-cropped hair. Fury lands a soft combo to the face, and decides to take some harder swings as the door is left ajar. Chisora is getting absolutely peppered and Fury starts to become wary of punching himself out, slowing down (but still outworking Chisora by a great deal). Fury is wrenching free of clinches from the shorter man and trying to push him out to where he can throw alternating uppercuts with his feet planted firmly. Fury is throwing slower, perhaps a bit winded - but is the only one throwing. Chisora is trying to just move the much larger man with his own weight, plowing into him. Now Chisora comes alive with some fierce hooks, reaching all the way up to go for Fury's face. Chisora doesn't land clean but does get Fury in full retreat. 10-9 Fury 68-65 TF
Fury does well again, big shots, actually showboating a lot lol. Also dunno if Chisora ACTUALLY won that last round...but I gave it to him as more a comparitive round. 68-65 Fury
Round 8 Chisora lands a right hand over the top, and turns Fury's head with a follow-up onslaught. Chisora is thumping the jab into Fury's upper chest and throat and bringing down bullwhip right hands. Fury now turns Chisora into a corner and pokes away at him with jabs through the gloves. They both exchange taunts and jaw at each other, neither doing any serious work. Chisora just puts his guard up and then down to show bravado and spit a few choice phrases at Fury, and Fury just stands there in a slack and relaxed stance waiting for those openings to work quadruple jabs. Chisora is walked across the ring and takes uppercuts to the body before clinching. Looping right by Chisora, glancing. 10-9 Fury 78-74 Fury
Chisora started the round strong, but quickly fell of standing in the corner talking. Fury doing excellent body work. Another Fury round. 7-1.
Im not watching the fight but.... Cant believe how out of shape Chisora is. Had the biggest chance of his life and is ****ing it up.
Round 9 Chisora tries to bob and shoulder-tackle his way inside. He's getting there but not doing any work. Al Bernstein likens Chisora to Joe Frazier, which is a bit excessive IMO. He is doing a good job worming his way in, just not capitalizing with any clean punching once there. Hard uppercut to the body by Fury. Tight clinch. They shove back and forth. It's a leaning contest now. Chisora is hoisted over to the ropes and tapped on the flanks with hard uppercuts. Chisora tries to punch his way free but Fury has him dead to rights, cracking him with a hard overhand right while holding him against the ropes with his left. Fury starts to open up with combos, picking his spots through and around the guard. 10-9 Fury 88-83 Fury
