Wlad or Vitali destroy either of these guys.

I know both are still pretty green, but there is so much wrong with them it's not fixable at this point.

I'd still like to see Fury v Haye.

remember, fury is still a kid. hes only 22, isnt he? wlad has 13 years on him if so. there will onlyh ever be one mike tyson. bugs me people are complaining calling them bums and c-level, etc. you ask for excitement, and thats what that fight was. fury obviously not ready for title shot, but hes got loads of time

Thanks for the RBR. Sounded like a decent club fight. I'd hoped Chisora would dominate and set himself up as a real contender, but it sounds like neither of these guys are near that level.

Here is my one comment- Fury is 22, 35 amatuer fights, 15 pro fights. At 6'9, he will not reach his physcial prime for another 8 years. He has already been in three brutal fights- 2 with McDermottt and now this, and he learned a lot from those McDermott fights, loosing weight, working with Steward and improving his jab.

How much better is he going to be when they look at this fight and go back to the drawing board again?

How much better is he going to be in 2 years if he stays in shape? In 5?

I don't know why everyone gets down on Tyson. Maybe its the name. Maybe its the cockiness. Maybe its becasue he is Irish? Don't know. But this guy, despite his faults, has a HUGE high end. 6'9, good chin, fast hands, combos, goes to the body well, improved jab, decent, possibly improving power, can fight on the inside well for a big man, mentally tough. Any deficiencies can be worked on.

I thought that DelBoy had him outta there in the second. Fury's chin held.

I don't see it holding up to a more balanced attack though, or to a harder hitter than DelBoy. Peter could KO him, so could Arreola. Helenius would PUNISH him. I don't think he is a future HW champion.

If Wladimir fights Fury in his next bout, I'll disown him. Fury is by NO means world class, and will be KTFO when he steps up.

As for DB, it came down to conditioning. He must share the same strength and conditioning coach as Solis. WTF, what a moron. To come into the biggest fight of your life, 20 lbs overweight. The only dangerous Chisora is a chiseled Chisora.

I still think that Chisora does have that grit and that toughness to become a world beater though. This loss is inexcusable, but overcomeable. He really needs to get into the gym, and LIVE there until he's down to 235-240. Then get fights against a few journeymen, beat the snot outta them and get Fury back in the ring.

The guys are far too heavy to put on a good pace. Fury has a lot to learn but he's only young.

Entertaining fight, though neither fighter impressed me all that much.

Chisora's poor conditioning really cost him in this fight. He was a sitting duck in the second half of the fight, he just stood there taking shots and firing back. He would go a full minute, even 2 without throwing a shot. You can't be expected to win a fight with such a low out put. Will be interesting to see the punch stats and see how little he threw.

Fury is still young and has time to improve though I doubt he will go much further than he already has. But he has shown he is dedicated and got himself in decent condition and deserved the victory.
