On Boxrec they have Chisora and Joyce scheduled to fight each other on May 5th. I didn't think Chisora would take this fight, maybe a last minute offer changed his mind. Does anyone have further confirmation this fight is on?

And what an achievement it will be if Joyce can take out Chisora in just his 4th pro fight. He may well be a world ranked fighter capable of fighting the champions come May.

And if Takam is still to fight in the UK, that only leaves one credible Uk heavy who isn't already booked into fight... Tyson Fury

Busy night for Chisora, fighting Joyce and Takam on the same card.

Boxrec have him as scheduled to fight Joe Joyce, not Carlos Takam, trying to find out where they have got their info, as I haven't seen news or announcements.

I can forgive last night if this fight happens next. Saying that, Chisora can turn up with his sparring partner mentality and take an easy loss, or he could have a bit between his teeth and be a right handful

I think Chisora knows that if he loses this fight its hang up the gloves or become a stepping stone time. It'll be a good fight, Chisora will leave it all in the ring, just depends if he can catch or coax Joyce into engagements. No doubt Joyce will be watching Fury vs Chisora 2 and thinking that this is the way for a tall man to beat Chisora.

Chisora's manager is going to get him killed. Chisora is completely shot. Chisora should be announcing fights or training fighters. He isn't even good enough to be a gatekeeper anymore, which is a shame since 5-6 years ago he was able to compete with any top fighter. Chisora is a perfect example of how important good management is.

Fighting Helenius, Vitali, and David Haye back to back was a big mistake. He also shouldn't have taken that second Fury fight.

    crossroads fiight
good if haye makes it happen
has to rush joyce at 32

not sure about joyce stamina over 12 rounds
i would think at this stage of his career v a fighter like chisora he will be cream crackered after 8 rounds .

i dont see joyce as a threat to top 10 fighters / he is big and hits quite hard but is that enough ?

IMO no from what i have seen of him as an amatuer
i would look forward to watching him v chisora though / hope he can beat chisora.
