Winner going after Appleby, guess Warren wants to defeat a top prospect from another Promoter.

    Appleby would beat either IMO.

Steven Bell can't punch, whilst Matthews is just a ****ing fraud :deal

In any case, why would a former World champion want to fight for domestic honours

Appleby is not ready for either.

based on applebys last performance, i think taking on derry would be a tough task but respect to both if it happens.

derrys a top 3 domestic featherweight.

I think Derry was 'weight drained' at Featherweight , or at least this is what we were told after Tsveenpurev went right through him .

If that is the case why is Derry sticking to Featherweight ?

He should beat Bell but I reckon Appleby would be too much for him .

I think with Derry, it will be another simpson fight, but i feel he could come through it with a win. i really like appleby and his style and i want him to do well.

Akaash Bhatia looks top class, but the comp level needs to be stepped up. And Quick.

Otherwise we would have another Nadeem Siddique on our hands 20 odd - 0, yet fought nobody.

He would certainly be good enough to challenge at domestic level and possibly European. Too early to tell for anything else.

I have seen Akash a few times at shows and on tv. He looks pretty good but needs to add more power if he wants to ever make an impression on the domestic belt holders.

its bad enough calling yourself a world champion when holding the title, but now he's a former world champ? god forbid he win the wbu at superfeatherweight and become a 2 weight world champion like lee mcallister :patsch

No doubt he will be calling out Juan Manuel Marquez, then accuse JMM of ducking him.

Apparently Ricky Hatton has been ducking Lee McAllister for quite some time - so much so that the WBU have decided to strip Hatton of his title.

I wouldn't quite say mind boggling . I hadn't see Choi until recently but his record indicates he was always a good fighter and he certainly carries a lot of power . He's a much bigger(bar height) and stronger man too .

Derry simply couldn't deal with the power and strength of Choi, two things that are often still there when you're 37 . Choi does seem relatively fresh though anyway, either that or he was something special in his younger days .
