    Elite administers the beat down to world class boxers. But an elite can also whoop fellow elite.These are ATG's levels.

    World class fighters are top 20 or so P4P

    Elite fighters are in the top 10

    There is a difference between being a world class fighter and being a world class fighter at a certain weight.

    For example, most would say Kell Brook is a world class welterweight, but I don't personally believe he's a world class fighter.
