Obviously the fighter who is unbeatable in his division, who can deal with all styles, and who has come up through the weight classes successfully. So Mayweather fits the definition. A heavyweight like say Wladimir does not fit this description even though he is far and away the best in his division and would knock the **** out of Mayweather
