So you're stuck on a desert island. You've got nothing to do all-day, and the boxing God's have blessed you with full, colour, HD Boxsets of any three fighters of your choice. Keep in mind that this is NOT limited to fighters who's careers have already been filmed. There are two simple rules.
    • You HAVE to watch all of the fights.
    • You CANNOT pick Harry Greb.
Now, which trio do you pick?

I love that you've made Greb off limits.

    Archie Moore:
A career from the 30s to the 60s that crosses over with many other great fighters. Plus I get to see all 3 fights with Ezzard Charles.

    SRR:
The best fighter ever and at his peak in the 40s as well as his classic middleweight fights from the 50s. The high water mark of the Sweet Science.

    Bobby Chacon:
    Just for non-stop balls-to-the-wall action.

I can't believe you've done this one, I had it down whilst reading the OP. It's a way of getting the Charles fights without having to watch Ezz fight with Lou Gehrig's.

After Archie I'd say that I'd want Gaspar Ortega. That's 175 fights of awesome action, especially if the Paret, Fernandez and Scott fights are to go off.

I was stuck for #3, as the natural pick would be Greb, and I'm not really a big fan of Robinson. Saad and Pops came to mind, but most of their stuff is already out there. Then I thought of how many fights Basilio was in, and how good they'd be in full, with HD quality, and that there'd be others that aren't on film. I'm not stuck any more. :sisi1

    Eder Jofre
    Juan Manuel Marquez
    Félix Trinidad

Would be my natural choices as they are my three favorite boxers ever. But since I’d have access to a bunch of unseen fights I think I’d take Jofre’s set still but I’d add Jimmy Wilde’s and a I think Beau Jack would be a good third choice since there’s so little of him out there and I’m sure his set would represent incredible replay value.
