Your analysis of why he beats Joshua seems flawed to me. Everything hinges on Joshua gassing if he can't get rid of Wilder early.

Why on earth wouldn't he get rid of him early? I can't see a scenario where he fails to.

The way I see the fight going is both hesitant for first round cos they'll be wary of eachother power. Then Joshua starts to clearly dictate and if he goes for the KO he probably gets it. If Wilder finds a way to survive and AJ gasses (such as like when he did v Wlad), I think Wilder will just go for the KO himself as that is his best chance before AJ recovers (which took a couple rounds v Wlad)

I know I mention Wlad a lot but that's a recent example. Things could go completely different and he may not gas/may not recover, But we won't know til the day!

Joshua will dictate Wilder with the jab alone. Too much size, power and speed for Wilder's fragile physique to handle...

Also. One thing i noticed in the Wlad fight was that AJ seemed to Think fast when he did get caught and dove directly after the cross to avoid further punishment to the head risking to be completely knocked out cold. Thats some great demonstrated street smarts right there. Watch the replay if you see the same thing.

First post, so go easy on me haha.

I think this would be a closer fight than many expect. They both have tremendous power. I put Joshua more in heavy hands category while Wilder has that one punch KO power. The thing that I thing this fight will hinge on is speed and movement, where wilder has an advantage. Joshua is far bigger and a good athlete, but in his last few fights, he’s trending more toward the “plodding heavyweight” trope. Now, I think Joshua is a better technical fighter, but wilder is explosive in the ring. I know he’s reckless and hasn’t faced the best competition, but I think his combination of quickness, KO power, and hand speed will throw Joshua just enough off his game. Wilder is taller and has a longer reach, so, if he can fight within himself, he would have a chance to control the fight and tire out Joshua. And Joshua hasn’t exactly demonstrated a solid chin either. Also, completely subjective assessment here, but Wilder seems hungrier.

I noticed that too. But as awful as they look, them windmills aren't the easiest to slip cos even Wilder doesn't know where they're going to land

TBQH I think if Joshua comes at Wilder like he did Wlad at the start of round 5 in their fight you'd see a first round KO. But i think tbh they'll both fight absolute pussies throwing one right hand a round and the rest just jabs.

Joshua will knock Wilder out! Wilder only fights winos from the alley! Wilder has never fought a legit fighter!

No, anyone who is a threat is framed! Not one of Wilder's winos has every tested positive because they are not a threat. Povetkin as cleard by VADA! WBC still would not allow Povetkin to knock Wilder out. Ortiz was also framed, he did not take a PED, blood pressure medicine is not a PED! The doctor explained it and son did Conte, but WBC has to protect Wilder and most fans know it!

Wilder would be the underdog against AJ but it wouldn't be the first time the underdog won. He is not without a puncher's chance.

Wilder is a giant heavyweight fighter like Klitschko brothers. He has physical advantages over most of heavyweight boxers. So he can unify the World Heavyweight titles but he won't do it because he wants to fight bums only.
