The Ratman is ALWAYS concerned about Mayweather. As long as Mayweather is still active, the MAJORITY of fans will always have him listed as a more accomplished fighter than the Ratman.

The title and your post don't correlate, what is your point? I know I'm not a rocket scientist, but I am a Cardiologist, so I'm not that stupid, please what was your point again?

Should Pac be concerned with Floyd? No. Floyd will never fight Pac, so he really is of no concern for him. Pac makes millions from every fight just like Floyd does, so...

So would I. But it didn't happen. I would still be interested in seeing Floyd fight Cotto, but I sure ain't losing no sleep on him not fighting a one trick pony like Margarito. But putting the blame squarely on Floyd is just dumb. Floyd was calling out Cotto even before he started fighting at 147. What did Cotto do? Ask my promoter. Bob Arum: "Cotto's not ready." Had Cotto beat Margarito(which he was doing easily until he ****ed that up), I guarantee we would have seen him fight Floyd instead of Mosley.
