We don't know what the hell they are thinking. That is not for us to guess. The only thing to be done is formulate the best possible testing protocol and implement it then handle the results appropriately.

I know you're a Pacquiao "fan", so I won't take you to seriously. The "very stringent" blood testing that you speak of is not good enough. I'm not completely explaining this again, because I know you won't pay it any attention. The testing that Pacquiao wants, allows him to use cycles effectively according to experts. You've heard the excuses him and his team have come up with so I'm not going into that. I love how Pacquiao "fans" still haven't heard any of these things that discredit him.

 

Yes, we're both not expert on this so there's no point in arguing back and forth, unless there's an arbiter between the two of us to say who is right and wrong.

In the same way, if each fighter can decide the manner of testing, it can become difficult to get a concensus. This is where the testing commission comes in. What Floyd should have done is petition the NSAC to improve its testing, assuming NSAC even thinks it needs improving. Did he make a request to NSAC? No.

 

A sport that has been corrupt to its core for as long as any of us can remember, being disgraced by a fighter asking for another to have legit testing for PED's????
