    Bernard was #1 p4p
    I thought Pernell Whitaker passed the tourch to RJ
    then he passed it to Floyd.

    I mean if bhop was #1 it had to been short lived b/c when he was winning so was RJ, and around the time RJ got knocked out, soon after he lost twice 2 Taylor. And Floyd was still winning.

    I mean I could b wrong

    It went from RJ, to Hops, to Mayweather

    hops was p4p 1 for over a year i think
