I think his speed+movement would get him the W

Maybe not easy but he would win clearly IMO

Appears to have great speed overall. Will take an opponent that can close the distance somehow to really test him.

Haney although very skilled, has never faced a puncher like Beltran. Not sure if a 19 year olds chin will hold up. I think the plan was suppose to be for Ray to fight Verdejo, but he lost.

i havent watched this kid but at 19 years old hed have to be VERY VERY special.. like mike tyson special or floyd level special to beat a guy with as much experience as beltran seems to have. experience is a HUGE factor, dirty fight or not lomas "loss" to salido is a great example of that

I think so. He's definitely a talented fighter, and while beltran is very experienced he can be outboxed.. Haneys foot and handspeed will befuddle Beltran imo. Make it happen

    No.

What's happening here is that they are trying to set it up to diss Lomachenko if Beltran is next.

Actually, when interviewed (in the beginning of this year), Lomachenko himself said that fighting Beltran after Linares would make no sense. So, I have no idea how are they planning to promote the Beltran fight, if Loma wins over Linares decisively today…

Beltran wayyyyyy more skilled than Menard.

Beltran used to sparring Pacquaio, Menard can't hold Beltran's jock strap

Its deffo possible i just think it would not be a wise move, no need to rush, When ever a special talent comes along people expect them to be rushed, If managed correctly it can be done with the right opponents but get it wrong and you risk potentially damaging the development of a special fighter.

His team wants to rush him

They are their own promoters... Their gonna push for a title shot sooner then later

    I don't rate Beltran really...

    Its a cool.story but

    Hes no Salido...
